“Whatever kind of business you are into, ultimately there is only one business, that is human wellbeing.” ~Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev
Yoga Teacher & Founder of Soul of Yoga
Hi, my name is Fabian and I am super excited to have you visiting me on my website! The fact that you are here means that you are thinking about offering some kind of Yoga class or workshop in your company, is that right? Maybe you are already an avid Yoga practitioner yourself or you simply have heard about the benefits of Yoga from a friend or colleague of yours. Maybe you are an HR representative, a business owner, or simply an undercover Yogi enthusiast who is trying to offer something good to your colleagues. That is great!
I want you to know that I not only share your enthusiasm for Yoga, but I also feel your desire to bring some kind of oasis of peace and calm into the hectic and challenging corporate environment. After graduating with an Economics degree from the University of Munich I spent a few years as an Investment Analyst working for some of the top Investment Management firms in the world. In 2010 I took my first Yoga program at an Ashram in India and ever since it remained a close companion of mine. I remember how I had to sneak out of the office during the lunch time to meditate for some time since back then it was not yet so common and highly regarded like today.
A year later I decided to explore Yoga in its full depth and I didn’t see any better place to do that, then right at its very source at the home land of Yoga in India. I subsequently spent three years there totally, immersing myself fully in the ancient Yogic science. At the Isha Hatha Yoga School I also completed one of the most intense and demanding Yoga teacher trainings in the world. I then decided that I wanted to make this purest form of Yoga accessible to more people in the German speaking region.
Apart from offering Yoga programs I currently also pursue Master studies at the University of Konstanz. This is where I completed a seminar on human resources development in which I wrote a term paper about Corporate Health Management. I then realised how much potential Yoga has to offer as one of the tools for a wholistic approach to Corporate Health Management. Over the past years so many studies have been conducted on the effects of Yoga and meditation and companies like Google, Apple, McKinsey, Deutsche Bank and many more have started to offer such classes to their employees having realised that these not only help their employees to stay healthy, happy and more satisfied at their work, but also to be more productive and thereby ultimately improving the company’s bottom line, too, creating a win-win situation for all.
Would you like to explore ways to make Yoga a part in your office? I will be happy to help you with that! Please feel free to get in touch and let me know what you have in mind and we will work something out!
